Adult Ministries Pastor

Responsibilities Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries. Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team). Directly lead the development, execution, engagement, and expansion of Small Groups for the purposes of community, care, and spiritual formation of the church body. Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor. Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director. Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
