Sparta Networking is supporting a leading corporate aviation maintenance organization in Dallas, Texas in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics.This position supports scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on corporate and business jet aircraft in a high-quality service environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business aviation and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented, customer-focused setting.Full-time and contract opportunities available.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled inspections and maintenance on corporate aircraftTroubleshoot mechanical and aircraft system discrepanciesRemove and install aircraft componentsConduct operational and functional checksEnsure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer standardsComplete accurate and detailed maintenance documentationMaintain high-quality workmanship standardsRequired QualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – RequiredMinimum 2+ years business or corporate aviation experience preferredExperience on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Challenger, Citation, or similar aircraft preferredStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to work flexible shiftsMust pass background check and drug screeningCompensation$35.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)Overtime opportunities availableLong-term placement potentialAbout Sparta NetworkingSparta Networking is a national workforce solutions firm specializing in aviation, healthcare, skilled trades, and professional staffing.
