Regulatory Marketing/GI Marketing SpecialistMust support west coast hoursJob DescriptionThis position requires experience in healthcare professional (HCP) product marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient marketing, digital marketing, and sales, with a strong preference for oncology experience.ResponsibilitiesDraw insights from market research, sales force, and other sources to optimize messaging, tactical plans, and promotional activities.Consistently meet or exceed financial and other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals.Prioritize and delegate activities effectively.Blend innovation with pragmatic execution.Network internally and externally.Demonstrate strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity.Possess strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Understand FDA regulations of pharmaceutical drug promotions and experience with legal, medical, and regulatory review processes.Create and execute US marketing tactical plans for CRC launch.Ensure successful execution of compelling promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels.Align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including sales training, market planning, digital marketing, and regulatory/compliance.Manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record.Foster trust and a strong culture across the broader marketing team and with partners throughout the organization.Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and pharmaceutical marketing communications.Essential SkillsExperience in HCP product marketing in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.Oncology experience is strongly preferred.Ability to draw insight from market research and the sales force.Proven track record for meeting or exceeding targets.Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Understanding of FDA regulations of pharmaceutical drug promotions.Additional Skills & Qualifications* Master's degree in related discipline and 10 years of related experience; or BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 12 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Patient marketing, oncology, promotional activities, regulatory affairs, marketing communications.Work EnvironmentThis role is remote and requires availability during PST hours.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
