Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty:Orthopedics Discipline:RN Start Date:04/20/2026 Duration:13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift:12 hours, nights Employment Type:Travel Registered Nurse - Night ShiftLocation North CarolinaAssignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) including every other weekend.Job Description Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in a 29-bed unit providing care to adult and geriatric patients, including those undergoing orthopedic and medical-surgical procedures. This high-volume unit also accommodates telemetry monitoring and features a physical therapy gym for patient rehabilitation.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and other surgical procedures.Monitor patient conditions using telemetry and respond to changes in status.Act as Charge RN as required, overseeing junior nursing staff and coordinating patient care.Assist in pre/post-operative care as needed.Manage IV lines, including central and peripheral lines, and administer blood products as per protocol.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience with a focus on Charge RN responsibilities.Previous travel nursing experience is required.BLS certification is mandatory.EPIC charting system experience is required.Must successfully pass a required EKG exam as part of compliance before starting.Why ARMStaffing?
