Duties and Essential Job Functions Performs all responsibilities of a QC Technician as needed Serves as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System Administers Internal Audit Program Represents ARM at all Customer and Registration Quality Audits Conducts Supplier Review at the request of Purchasing Department Serves as point of contact for all customer quality related issues Performs final contract review on all orders Responsible for all CAPA activity Performs MRB Initiates and processes all RMA activity Conducts statistical analysis of quality objectives Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
