Mill Maintenance Engineer / Assistant

Qualifications & RequirementsPossess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalentPreferably with at least 2 years of working experience in palm oil industryHolding Grade 2 or Grade 1 Steam Engineer Competent Certification from DOSH (JKKP) will be an added advantageMust be prepared to work in rural locations – Metanik Mill / Sabaju MillFresh graduates are welcome to apply as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ENGINEER)ResponsibilitiesOversee overall operations in the palm oil mill to ensure smooth processing and maintenanceMaintain optimal efficiency of all machinerySupervise the technical workforce in daily operationsEnsure compliance with ISCC, MSPO, and MESTI standards at all timesDevelop and implement innovative ideas to enhance mill efficiency and control costs
