Duties
Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and cash handling to ensure smooth operations.
Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and task delegation to optimize team productivity and coverage.
Provide ongoing training and development for staff in areas like POS systems, sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor sales performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement marketing strategies to boost store profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations related to retail operations.
Facilitate communication between team members and upper management to align goals and improve store performance.
Experience
Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail environment with a strong track record of leadership success.
Demonstrated skills in employee recruitment, training & development, and team management.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases.
Experience in managing budgets, performing retail math calculations, and implementing marketing initiatives.
