Apply via Dice today!Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support day-to-day network operations, focusing on resolving critical P1 and P2 incidents. This role is primarily operational and requires strong troubleshooting expertise in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will handle high-priority incidents and ensure network stability and performance. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve P1 and P2 network incidents in a timely manner Provide support for critical network outages and escalations Monitor and maintain network performance and availability Work with networking technologies including SD-WAN, routing protocols, and firewalls Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution Maintain documentation related to incidents, resolutions, and network configurations Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Versa preferred) Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF Experience with Cisco Nexus platforms Experience with Palo Alto firewalls Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with wireless technologies such as Cisco or Aruba Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Familiarity with Aruba networking solutions Education: Bachelors Degree
