Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant to join their external reporting team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review GAAP and Statutory financial statements and external reports Coordinate independent auditor's review and develop technical expertise in GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements Execute internal controls and perform technical accounting research for complex transactions Required Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or public company reporting CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Experience with financial statement preparation and technical accounting research Exposure to internal controls over financial reporting
