Maternal-Fetal Medicine – No Weekends | No Holidays | Light CallUniversity Health – San AntonioUniversity Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our growing Women’s Service Line in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a primary focus on outpatient high-risk obstetric care, supporting two new community hospitals—Palo Alto Hospital and Retama Hospital—both scheduled to open in 2027. Learn more at the University Health website.This role will primarily involve outpatient management of high-risk pregnancies, with inpatient responsibilities and complex cases supported by University Health’s main Labor & Delivery unit. The position offers a predictable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, daytime hours) with no routine weekend or holiday clinical responsibilities.
