Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role for a Dispensing Optician at our San Francisco, CA location. The Dispensing Optician will assist patients with selecting, fitting, and adjusting eyewear, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure patient satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with optometrists to interpret prescriptions, advising on lens options, and maintaining accurate records of orders and patient details. Qualifications Proficiency in optics and optometry skills, including interpreting prescriptions and understanding lens options.Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to provide a positive patient experience.Familiarity with assisting in eye exams and working collaboratively with optometrists.Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.Experience in a similar role or a certification in opticianry is preferred but not required.
