We operate across multiple affiliated entities, run on a complex mix of federal and state grants, government contracts, and managed care funding and we're expanding. Our finance function needs to match our ambition.This is not a back-office role. The CFO sits at the leadership table, partners directly with the CEO, and is accountable for the financial health of the entire enterprise.We're looking for a CFO who wants to build, not just maintain. Someone who can walk into a board meeting and command the room, who understands the difference between grant-restricted and unrestricted funds, and who has operated in the complexity of nonprofit or healthcare finance before.If your background is primarily corporate finance or you've never managed government-funded contracts, this role will be a difficult fit.
