Project Manager – Workforce Productivity & ReportingNew York, NYMin 9 months contractWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to support the Software Builders' Experience organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, including the SVP, to design and implement a reporting framework that tracks team productivity, output, and overall effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to provide data-driven insights supporting headcount and resource decisionsTrack workforce metrics across FTEs and consultantsTranslate ambiguous requirements into structured reporting solutionsPresent clear, concise outputs to senior leadershipAlign reporting mechanisms with Agile methodologiesContinuously refine processes and improve visibility into team productivityRequired Skills & Experience4–8+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Operations rolesStrong experience with reporting, dashboards, and data tracking (basic analytics is sufficient)Proven ability to build processes from scratch in ambiguous environmentsHands-on experience working in Agile environmentsProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadershipSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
