Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive project plan aligning with agency's strategic goals and requirements Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure all project deliverables meet the agency's quality standards Conduct a comprehensive department-wide staff capacity assessment for IT acquisitions, identifying skill gaps and resource needsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 7 years of experience in workforce planning and assessment, preferably in federal contracting environment At least 5 years of experience in project management
