Today, companies like Pinterest, Notion, and Figma use JustAI to run lifecycle as an autonomous revenue engine.Now we're building the team that takes us from early traction → category-defining company.About the RoleThis is not a "support" role.This is a force-multiplier role inside the Founder's Office, working directly with me to drive the most important priorities across the company.You'll operate across GTM, product, hiring, fundraising, and ops, stepping into anything critical, ambiguous, or stuck.What You'll Actually Do1. Drive the CEO's Top PrioritiesOwn company-wide OKRs and ensure teams are executing against themTurn ambiguous ideas into clear plans + drive them to completionRun key internal cadences (weekly exec sync, investor updates, metrics reviews)2. Act as Founder LeveragePrepare for high-stakes meetings (investors, customers, partners)Jump into GTM: outbound, decks, research, deal supportStep into gaps across hiring, finance, ops, and customer work3. Build the Operating SystemCreate lightweight processes that scale (without slowing the team down)Identify bottlenecks across teams and fix them before they become problemsBring structure to chaos — without over-engineering4.
