Luxury Salon Lash Tech

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our med spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality eyelash treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and eyelash applications, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and products. **Duties:** - Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences for eyelash treatments. - Administer eyelash treatments, including eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and eyelash tinting. - Perform other beauty treatments as needed, such as nail care and barbering. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. - Manage client bookings and schedules through MINDBODY or Millennium. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. - Upsell or cross-sell other med spa services to clients. - Manage the front desk and handle administrative tasks as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment. **Skills:** - Strong experience with eyelash treatments, including botulinum toxin treatment. - Excellent sales and customer service skills. - Proficiency with MINDBODY or Millennium scheduling software. - Knowledge of various beauty treatments, including nail care and barbering. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Experience working in a med spa environment. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Familiarity with front desk and administrative tasks.
