South Central Region Manufactures Sales Representative –About Us:PRYSM Marketing, Inc. specializes in marketing and selling component parts and related products to manufacturers of windows, doors, and insulated glass. Serving the United States, the company is structured into various regional territories, each led by dedicated representatives. The South-Central Region, which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado, is a core area for our operations. Key responsibilities include:·      Multi-line selling. Represent 12+ manufacturers selling their components to the window and door industry as an outside sales representative. ·      Prospecting new business opportunities in the designated territory within the current customer base while managing the established sales in the territory. ·      Work through the sales process to identify, quantify, qualify and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed forecasted sales goals for the territory.·      Candidate to have the ability to sell both commodity and highly engineered products. ·      Establish effective relationships with our suppliers while continually educating yourself further on their products.·      Establish effective relationships with our customer base, providing excellent sales and service by gaining a thorough understanding of their needs.·      Effectively communicate progress and needs of the territory to the sales manager.·      Weekly reporting to the corporate office of all expenses.Qualifications required:·      Bachelor’s degree. (College graduates with 1-3 years’ B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.)Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiations. Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, specifically within the windows, doors, or insulated glass sectors, is highly preferred.·      Position requires regular travel through the territory. ·      The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, self-motivated, organized salesperson located near Fort Worth, TX, but we will consider other location within the territory. ·      Spanish language skills are a plus.·      Self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently on a daily basis utilizing a home office when they are not traveling.·      MS Office with good organizational, written and verbal skillsPRYSM Marketing, Inc. offers a competitive level salary which will comprise of a base salary plus commissions.
