For more than 30 years, we have built our reputation on product expertise, service, and trusted customer relationships.We are currently hiring Outside Sales Consultants for the following territories:• Dallas, TX• Southern UtahThese roles are built for competitive sellers — people who can build strong customer relationships, identify what customers are buying from other vendors, and convert that business to BB Industries. If you are competitive, mechanically inclined, relationship-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity to build a strong territory with a respected industry leader.What You'll Do• Manage and grow an established sales territory• Expand existing accounts and win new business• Identify products customers are buying from competitors and win that business to BB• Increase customer spend and grow your share of each account• Call on stone fabrication shops in your territory regularly• Supply customers with the tools, equipment, and consumables they need• Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted resource in your market• Prospect, close, and grow revenue consistentlyWho We're Looking For• 3+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience• Valid driver's license• Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to win business• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and closing• Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills• Mechanically inclined and comfortable in hands-on environments• Industrial, construction, fabrication, or technical sales experience preferred• Stone industry experience is a major plus• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantageWhat We Offer• Base salary: $50,000• Uncapped monthly commission — 3% on all sales with no ceiling• Quarterly bonus based on performance• Earning potential: $90,000+ annually; multiple team members earn $100,000+• Company vehicle and mobile inventory• 401(k) with 4% company match• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid holidays and PTOWhy BB IndustriesAt BB Industries, top performers build strong territories, earn well, and have the support of a company with 30+ years in the industry and a name customers already know and trust.
