Technical Project Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with 6-9 years of experience, strong knowledge of GitHub tools, and a proven track record as an Agile champion. In this role, you will manage a hybrid team of developers and QE professionals, leading feature delivery efforts for GitHub and GitHub Actions. Qualifications: 6-9 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on GitHub and GitHub Actions. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in driving Agile practices within diverse teams. Technical knowledge or mindset, with an understanding of software engineering concepts and development workflows. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with managing remote or hybrid teams across different geographies is a plus. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers and quality engineers to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery for GitHub and GitHub Actions. Act as the Agile champion, driving Agile best practices and processes to ensure effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align technical goals with project objectives and timelines. Utilize GitHub and related tools to manage code repositories, workflows, and integrations. Ensure transparency and clear communication across all stakeholders, including developers, QEs, and leadership teams. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, addressing blockers promptly. Maintain a hands-on approach to project management, including task tracking, reporting, and resource management. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team alignment on objectives and project roadmap delivery.
