Controller

Overview We are seeking a motor vehicle manufacturing background Industry and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Duties - Manage all aspects of accounting; oversee month-end close processes - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis - Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations - Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making - Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory reporting requirements - Provide insights on financial performance and trends - teams to drive financial acumen across the organization Note: Motor vehicle manufacturing background Industry Automotive Industry Experience - - Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debits/credits and GAAP - Experience with account reconciliation and financial statement preparation - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Experience: GAAP: 1 year (Preferred) motor vehicle manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred) Automotive service: 1 year (Preferred) Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Toledo, OH 43607 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Toledo, OH 43607: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
