Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, and achieving sales targets. The associate will present and promote products, negotiate terms, manage accounts, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor offerings is also part of the role to help inform strategy and drive growth. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsRelationship-building abilities and a customer-focused approachNegotiation skills and ability to effectively present product offeringsKnowledge of market trends and ability to identify business opportunitiesExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsProficiency in using technology to manage accountsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyPrevious experience in sales or retail is a plus
