Your understanding of the USA and LATAM markets, combined with your exceptional sales skills and strategic approach, will be key to your success in this role.Key responsibilities• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the USA and LATAM markets.• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market reach.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact.• Understand clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive value and success.• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.• Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages through all company platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.• Communicate market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and improvement.• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in sales.• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the LATAM Market.• Strong understanding of cultural, economic, and business dynamics across the USA and LATAM.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.• Strong competence in Excel.• Proficiency in French and Spanish is an asset.• Ability to travel within the Canadian and the USA region.
