Someone who really understands user journeys, flows, and UX fundamentals—but can also design high-quality, conversion-focused marketing pages (think brochure/landing pages) that are part of that experience.Ideally, they've spent some time working on marketing pages, can balance usability with strong visual storytelling, and can clearly talk through the "why” behind their design decisions. --- Join our team as a Visual Designer and help us create stunning visual experiences for our clients. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics, animations, and other visual elements that will be used in various digital and print media. You will work closely with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas that will help us communicate our clients' messages effectively. Your expertise in design software, typography, color theory, and layout will be essential in creating visually appealing and engaging designs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs are consistent with our clients' brand guidelines and standards. Requirements;- Proficient in Figma design software.- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital media, primarily websites.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.- Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for use across the organization.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, user experience, and technology.- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.- Produce high-quality visual assets.- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
