Senior Visual Designer (Agency)

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer with strong visual craft and conceptual thinking to support high-profile brand and digital work across multiple clients. This role requires a balance of creative ideation and hands-on execution, with the ability to push design boundaries while maintaining a high level of polish and detail.Key Responsibilities:Develop compelling visual designs across brand, digital, and campaign workTranslate concepts into high-quality design execution (typography, layout, color, composition)Contribute bold, innovative ideas and push beyond initial briefsCollaborate cross-functionally with UX, product, and other creative teamsApply motion and interaction principles to enhance design solutionsParticipate in critiques, reviews, and iterative design processesPresent work clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and clientsQualifications:Proven experience in a senior visual design role, preferably within top-tier creative agencies (e.g., AKQA, R/GA, Droga5, IDEO, Frog, etc.)Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of work and high visual craftAbility to lead or mentor other designers is a plusProficiency in key design tools and platformsUnderstanding of UX principles and system thinkingExperience with prototyping and exploring multiple creative directionsStrong storytelling and presentation skills
