Process and WMS Governance. The role's primary responsibilities include delivery of system solutions impacting SAP, JDE and the Manhattan WMS, synchronizing inventory movements and adjustments across systems and data integrity throughout the business process flow. This position will work to address stakeholders' requirements, often managing multi-functional CI projects.As part of the North American Supply Chain Business Process Optimization (BPO) Center of Excellence, this role is responsible for integrating business process requirements into NASC Distribution Operations. Responsibilities include:ERPAs a business process SME, lead the development of solutions to address changing business requirements as well as gaps in current processes while mitigating risks tochange.Serve as Process Owner & Super User CTC-Deliver, leading ERP system validation activities.Act as an integrator between Host process organization and Warehouse Operations team.Connect with outside teams to modify or implement new business processes, support system maintenance activities and govern data quality rules to prevent poor quality data from entering the WMS.Project Execution and CI Coordinator:Lead and drive initiatives to improve warehouse operations through the integration of business and operational requirements and business systems.Partner with cross-functional process owners to ensure BD's business requirements are communicated and correctly executed by the Warehouse Operations team through each site's WMS.Coordinate with DC Operations, LSS Teams and external application vendors when there are changes to requirements: (1) communicate requirement changes; (2) collaborate on the mapping and re-design of system changes to ensure it continues to meet operational, regulatory and customer requirements; (3) test the implementation of all the applications and interfaces and (4) ensure successful execution of the change.Warehouse Management System:Foster process, data and configuration synchronicity/uniformity across distribution centers.Monitor reporting to ensure Inbound Currency, Inventory Accuracy and Master Data completeness and accuracyProvide oversight to Inventory movement managementSystem Integration:Serve as the business integration POC for product data, inbound receipts, inventory transactions and order fulfillment.EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years' experience within Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation Operations: Industry-specific experience preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in SAP and or JDE business process, specifically in Deliver space.Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an integral member of a project team and applying project management standard processes.Experience with Manhattan WMOS preferred.EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related technical field and/or 5 plus years of equivalent experience.COMPETENCIES:Has a deep, end to end understanding of business processes within both Host ERP and WMS.Direct knowledge of distribution center operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving.Must demonstrate ability to influence associates in order to govern and maintain process control.Must be detailed oriented and have the skill sets to effectively map cross functional processes.Collaborative approach at all levels to issue resolution and opportunity identificationStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; excellent problem-solving abilities.Highly self-motivated and directed, Ability to work independently on multiple projects and complete various tasks to accomplish individual and departmental goals.Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageCERTIFICATIONS/TRAININGCertified Supply Chain Professional preferredOTHER REQUIREMENTS:Travel to BD warehouses will be requiredEstimated travel of 3 to 6 trips per quarter to various domestic locations#CLOLI#bdcloAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
