Company Overview Toll International is a premier consulting firm based in New York City, specializing in comprehensive construction project management and technology-enabled solutions. Renowned for our dedication to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative results tailored to the unique needs of our clients, we lead infrastructure and digital transformation projects across New York State and beyond. We are proud to partner with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) on high-impact infrastructure and technology initiatives. We are currently seeking talented professionals to collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and process owners to deliver critical projects. Position Overview Toll International is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support a high-impact public sector initiative for the development and modernization of the Civil Service Exam systems. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Angular and .NET technologies, ensuring secure, high-performance, and user-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end application functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting mission-critical government systems that directly impact public services. This position requires strong technical expertise, particularly in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, secure coding practices, and enterprise application architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and .NET (C# Web APIs and backend services).  Build and enhance scalable, secure, and high-performance system features aligned with project requirements.  Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, queries, and stored procedures.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers, to define and implement system enhancements.  Ensure secure coding practices are followed, including OAuth-based authentication and authorization mechanisms.  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack.  Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation.  Support system maintenance, enhancements, and modernization efforts for legacy and new applications.  Ensure application scalability, reliability, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.   Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in Angular development, including RxJS, component-based architecture, and state management.  Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, Web APIs, backend development).  Proven experience implementing OAuth and secure authentication/authorization frameworks.  Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including database design, performance tuning, and optimization.  Strong understanding and application of secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards.  Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise-level applications.  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-based application development.  Familiarity with large-scale system modernization initiatives.  What We Offer Competitive salary with an extensive benefits package.  Engagement in high-profile, long-term projects.  A dynamic and supportive work environment.  Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.  Ready to Apply? Qualified candidates should submit a resume highlighting their experience. Indicate the role(s) of interest.
