Our aestheticians specialize in advanced facial treatments supported by medical-grade skincare, working closely with top-of-class aesthetic injectors to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.Our approach emphasizes clinical excellence, thoughtful treatment design, and an elevated patient experience.Spearheaded by our medical director, Dr. Leslie Baumann, an internationally renowned board-certified dermatologist, researcher, and bestselling author, we are opening our fourth location in Miami, FL in Spring 2026 and are excited to partner with top talent who share our commitment to excellence.Job SummaryWe’re seeking a skilled Aesthetician / Facialist to provide advanced facial treatments, deliver an exceptional client experience, and support the continued growth of our practice.This role combines hands-on treatment delivery with client education and skincare guidance, playing a key role in maintaining our high standards of results, safety, and service.You will conduct consultations, recommend personalized treatment plans, and deliver services while staying informed on evolving skincare protocols and industry trends.FLSA StatusNon-exemptDuties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced aesthetic treatments in alignment with licensure and training, including customized facials, chemical peels, and body treatmentsConduct comprehensive consultations, including skin analysis, goal setting, and development of personalized skincare plans in collaboration with aesthetic injectorsProvide clear, thorough pre- and post-treatment guidance to support optimal outcomes and client satisfactionMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and charting in accordance with practice standardsRecommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and treatment pathways that support long-term skin healthUphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and infection controlSupport clinic initiatives including service launches, promotions, and membership programsContribute to clinic performance by meeting individual and team-based revenue, utilization, and retail goals; actively participate in performance reviews and goal trackingStay current on industry trends, evolving treatment protocols, and advancements in skincarePerform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations and the overall client experienceRequirementsActive Florida Aesthetician LicenseMinimum of 2 years of experience providing aesthetic services as a licensed aestheticianPreferred QualificationsExperience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting (medical spa, dermatology practice, or luxury spa)Strong client communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsProfessional presentation and commitment to confidentiality in all client interactionsAbility to follow medical protocols, safety standards, and treatment guidelinesFlexibility to work rotating weekend schedulesPhysical RequirementsProlonged standing during treatment servicesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (equipment/boxes)Ability to safely work with various tools and equipmentScheduleOpen to part-time or full-time (Minimum 3 days/week, weekends required)CompensationHourly + Commission (DOE)
