Associate Director First Year Evaluation (ADMISSIONS RECRMT SUPV 2)

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in an undergraduate admission setting as it pertains to leading the review of applications.In-depth knowledge of admissions policies and procedures and experience in interpreting and applying complex guidelines to render admission related decisions across a wide range of unique academic and life circumstances in a multi-functional highly fluctuating environment.Demonstrated ability in supervising the work of others and the ability to organize and set priorities that accurately reflect department goals and objectives; independently organize, prioritize work; manage time effectively to meet goals, deadlines, and oversee multiple, conflicting, projects; and maintain a high level of productivity and client service.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to prepare a variety of proposals, correspondence, reports, operating procedures, agreements, performance evaluations, training documents, and to deliver presentations and training programs.Skills to develop innovative solutions and programs, manage difficult and unfamiliar projects, and respond with flexibility to requests to problem-solve, to include program development and refinement.Analytical skills to assess program requirements, information or problems in an objective manner and make logical conclusions; to provide a sound basis to establish priorities, take appropriate action or recommend to others, and to resolve conflicts.
