Local Contract Physician Assistant - Cardiology - $67-77 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiology Discipline: Physician Assistant Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract ❤️ Physician Assistant - Cardiology | Bronx, NY Description: Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient cardiology practice and work closely with cardiologists to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care. Responsibilities: Perform cardiovascular assessments including patient history and physical exams Manage patients with conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hyperlipidemia Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKG, echocardiogram, stress tests, Holter monitors, labs) Develop treatment plans with cardiology physicians Prescribe medications and provide patient education on disease management and lifestyle changes Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active New York PA License NCCPA Certification BLS/ACLS preferred Outpatient cardiology experience preferred (1 year) Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year Location: Bronx, NY Job Type: Full-Time BS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
