1+ Year Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney

We are looking for a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney with at least one year of pre-litigation experience to join our law firm client's Central Phoenix, Arizona office in a fully on-site role. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney who is confident managing injury matters before suit is filed and who can drive cases toward strong settlement outcomes. Senior-level candidates are welcome if they bring substantial pre-litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury work. The team is seeking someone who can start promptly and contribute immediately.Responsibilities:• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase from intake to resolution.• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value to develop effective strategies for early settlement.• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties to move files forward efficiently.• Review records, documentation, and supporting evidence to strengthen claims and support demand preparation.• Negotiate settlements with insurers and advocate for outcomes that align with client interests and firm goals.• Prepare demand packages, correspondence, and other case-related documents with accuracy and professionalism.• Provide legal guidance to clients throughout the claims process and maintain a high standard of service in an in-office environment.• Active license to practice law in Arizona in good standing.• At least 1 year of experience handling plaintiff personal injury matters in a pre-litigation setting.• Demonstrated ability to negotiate claims and pursue favorable settlement results.• Working knowledge of case evaluation, damages assessment, and pre-suit claim development.• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiations.• Ability to manage multiple files effectively while maintaining attention to detail.• Availability to work on site in Phoenix, Arizona on a permanent basis.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
