F-35 Supply Items Analyst (Level 2) Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team in Warner Robins, Georgia as a highly motivated and detail-oriented F-35 Supply Items Analyst (Level 2). In this role, you will play a key part in managing the Aircraft, Training and Support (ATS) systems contract by driving warehouse process improvements and collaboration across Business Area (BA) teams to support sustainment operations. As a vital member of the team, you will lead day-to-day activities, support cross-functional initiatives and serve as the voice of supply ensuring successful delivery of commitments. Your ability to analyze data, manage projects and drive solutions will help optimize ATS performance and maintain operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage and prioritize ATS systemic action items, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements Coordinate ATS and support warehouse cross-functional collaboration, integrating with engineering, logistics, DLA, FTW and supply teams to drive efficiency Apply knowledge of SAP, ADIS and ALIS to analyze and resolve system issues. Position will require dangerous goods training, hazardous material training, and handling Monitor and escalate ATS key inhibitors, providing leadership with insights and recommended solutions Analyze and manage Target Stock Levels (TSLs) through ADIS and SAP, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet operational and warehouse needs Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) support and coordination with Operation Support (OPS) Center / Expedite Processing Support Customer and DLA Inventory Counts (Sampling/Audits/Reviews) Root Cause Initiatives / Process improvement Initiatives Material Survey Support / Equipment Inspections / Product Quarantine Support Must be a US Citizen. Must have at minimum an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience with Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Warehouse Management. Experienced SAP user Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Process Hazmat shipping certification(s) Knowledge of Performance Based Logistics Concepts Possess excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of International and U. S. Government Customer Supply Operations Experience leading a project or team Experience with data analysis and metric development. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
