?Summary?This position is responsible for developing and executing digital transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives. The role drives cross functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and strengthen long term competitiveness. The Senior Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of transformation initiatives while also supporting business development and marketing functions.?Essential Duties? ·Develop and manage digital transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy, budget priorities, and long term business goals·Lead feasibility studies, pilot programs, and vendor collaborations to implement advanced technologies including automation and robotics·Drive process improvements across operations, business models, and organizational capabilities through technology adoption·Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning·Support business development initiatives by identifying partnerships, alliances, and new market opportunities·Oversee marketing initiatives including selection and management of external agencies and development of marketing strategies·Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth·Monitor project performance, risks, and outcomes and report to senior leadership·Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards·Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support additional initiatives as assigned by management?Qualifications?·Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field·Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or logistics operations within transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry·Strong experience in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve financial targets and expand market presence·Established industry network and ability to build and maintain business relationships·Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese strongly preferred·Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines·Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and SCM or carrier management systems·Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team management skills·Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to solve problems and drive initiatives forward
