Provides program development and management oversight (matriculation, facilitation, and evaluation) of new and existing talent and leadership development programs that align with divisional and enterprise-wide needs and priorities. May serve as an Executive Coach to assigned internal clients and make ongoing recommendations for improvement that help maximize organizational and leader effectiveness.Major Job FunctionsThe following is a summary of the major essential functions of the job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below; and specific functions may change from time to time.Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to diagnose and assess organizational development needs, deploy change management principles and serve as a champion of change.Work with department and internal partners to design tailored solutions to address gaps and opportunities that may include employee development, employee engagement, career growth, leadership advancement, change management, succession planning, talent mobility, and performance management.Contribute to the design, implementation, and measurement of multi-modal development programs aligned with enterprise-wide strategies.Desing learning experiences utilizing multiple modalities consistent with adult learning and instructional design principles.Manage key leadership development programs including matriculation, facilitation, follow-up and evaluation.Facilitate leadership workshops using adult learning and instructional design principles.Collect, analyze, and publish data to make decisions (i.e. employee engagement, program feedback, attrition, etc.)Provide developmental, transition, change or other coaching services to assigned stakeholders.Build cooperative relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organization & talent development.Other duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsThe following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:Education And Formal TrainingMaster’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or related field requiredCertifications in 3600 appraisals, Coaching, DISC, EQ, Gallup Strength Finders, etc. preferredWork Experience3 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, employee engagement, performance consulting, or related experience in a corporate environment required.Healthcare experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to organize data, cultural awareness, and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail.Deep Expertise and Systems Thinking (i.e. principles of management, human resources development, organizational psychology, adult learning, instructional design, and coaching)Assess client needs, develop and deliver appropriate development interventions to address client needsDeveloping and delivering curriculum, including blended learning solutions, appropriate to audienceFacilitating across multiple levels of audiences – including all aspects of knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer, experiential learning, and learning through group/team exercises for adults.Manage programs (matriculation, communication, follow-up, evaluation)Data utilization to evaluate effectiveness and utilize continuous improvement philosophyDebrief situations and conduct After-Action-ReviewsExcellent interpersonal skills and Executive Presence: must be able to establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships at all organizational levels.Experienced at coaching individuals and teams/groups.Strong track record of execution and project managementPhysical RequirementsStanding, walking, bending, and lifting. Able to carry and manipulate equipment, work variable hours as needed.Must be flexible in use of time and physical space.Must possess auditory and visual acuity to accurately perform job functions.
