Your role will involve diagnosing opportunities, designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful interventions that enhance talent and leadership development programs aligned with enterprise priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational development needs and champion change management initiatives.Design customized solutions addressing employee development, engagement, career growth, leadership advancement, succession planning, and performance management.Develop and implement multi-modal learning experiences grounded in adult learning and instructional design principles.Manage leadership development programs including facilitation, follow-up, and evaluation.Facilitate leadership workshops and collect data to inform continuous improvement.Provide coaching services to support developmental transitions and change.Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and stay current on industry trends and best practices.EducationMaster's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
