Commercial Carpenter (Willing to Train)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Steel Stud Rough Framer to join our construction team. This role focuses on layout, installation, and framing of cold-formed steel stud systems for commercial projects, including offices, retail, medical, and industrial spaces. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial framing practices, reads blueprints accurately, and works efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Layout and install cold-formed steel studs and track for walls, soffits, and bulkheads Frame interior and exterior walls according to plans and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Accurately measure, cut, and install materials Install door frames, backing, and structural components as required Coordinate with other trades on-site to maintain workflow Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
