CarpenterAs a Carpenter you will focus on rough carpentry for commercial construction projects, working primarily on framing and general labor tasks. This role involves daily use of a wide range of hand and power tools to cut and prepare materials for framing and to support overall site progress.ResponsibilitiesPerform rough carpentry work with a primary focus on framing for commercial new construction and occasional remodel projects.Carry out general labor duties on the construction site to support the progress and completion of projects.Use hand tools and power tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws etc.Assist with demolition work on construction sites as needed, ensuring safe and efficient removal of existing materials.Support concrete work as needed, including helping with the pouring of sidewalks and other basic concrete-related tasks.Collaborate closely with the site crew and Site Manager to complete tasks on schedule and to required quality standards.Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Adapt to different tasks that may include rough carpentry, occasional finish carpentry, demolition, and other physical construction duties.Work effectively within a 5–6 person crew, communicating clearly and supporting teammates to achieve project goals.This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
