This position is an addition to the existing experienced, passionate, and dynamic team.Senior Living Sales CounselorThe Sales Counselor will sell future Independent Living apartment home residences. Ideal candidates must have previous sales experience, be hospitality minded, have the desire to achieve high goals, enjoy working with older adults, and have the ability to close for future occupancy. Knowledge of the Life Plan model is a definite plus. This Sales Counselor must be an organized, self-directed individual that has prior experience in a Senior Living sales environment, and have a passion for working with older adultsPreferred Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited ToAbility to cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone contact and follow up, lead management, and closing skillsAbility to build excitement for a future communityAbility to be consistently detailed, diligent and disciplined in all workExcellent hospitality and customer service standardsExperience in a Customer Relationship Management database is helpfulAbility to maintain detailed records and have solid computer skillsAbility to achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referralsThe qualified candidate must have a flexible work schedule and be willing to work weekends and evenings, as required.
