Coverage Needed: ASAP - Ongoing 24hr Call coverage 1 week a month Clinical Information: 45-50 patients per day EMR: Medaxion/Meditech Will cover general cases until cardiac cases come in Possible cases: General, Monitored Care, Neuraxial, Peripheral nerve block Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible Must be willing to take call as well as cover general cases if no CV cases are scheduled DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
