We are looking for a proactive and organized Buyer/Purchasing Specialist to support daily purchasing operations, vendor management, inventory coordination, and job-site procurement activities across multiple warehouse locations.In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Project Managers, Accounting, and field teams to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively to support ongoing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage stock and job-site purchase orders for multiple warehouse locationsCoordinate material purchasing for current and upcoming projectsMonitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting bulk purchasesMaintain and strengthen vendor relationships while negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedulesTrack deliveries and resolve purchasing or invoice discrepanciesResearch products, equipment, and vendors to support company operations and special projectsCoordinate lodging and logistics arrangements for field crewsSupport equipment rental and purchasing decisions with Operations teamsMonitor job costs in collaboration with Project ManagersMaintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP systemAssist with product compliance, safety standards, and recall monitoringSupport Accounts Payable processes by reviewing and approving invoicesQualifications2–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experienceStrong inventory management and logistics coordination skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ERP systemsBasic math and data analysis skillsExperience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus
