Create tailored project plans that meet customer needs. Lead complex projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage multiple projects, ensuring coordination across initiatives. Act as the main contact for customers, addressing concerns and fostering relationships. Support Sales and Professional Services in identifying opportunities and resolving issues. Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership. Conduct evaluations post-project to gather feedback and identify improvements. Collaborate with teams to share best practices and enhance project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive customer value. Education & ExperienceProven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role, delivering large and transformative projects. Previous experience in customer-facing roles. Bachelor's degree, preferred. Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs. Qualities & CompetenciesExceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on customer success. Can manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality. Proficiency with leading data platforms and tools, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft tooling.
