We have an incredible opportunity for an OSP Project Coordinator SupervisorThis position is remote with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone.Project Coordinator SupervisorThe Project Coordinator Supervisor leads a team of project coordinators supporting Outside Plant (OSP) construction activities for Tillman Fiber. This role standardizes coordination workflows (e.g., Close Out Packages, BOM/SOW creation, NTP and permit closeout), drives cross-functional alignment with Engineering/Permitting/Construction, and ensures vendors and internal teams follow established documentation and quality standards. The supervisor also owns onboarding and ongoing training for coordinators, supports continuous improvement, and helps identify risks and cost-savings opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and support a team of project coordinators; set expectations, assign work, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables across market orders. Establish and maintain a recurring coordinator’s cadence (e.g., weekly meetings) to share updates, resolve issues, and reinforce standard work. Standardize Close Out Package (COP) requirements and vendor-facing processes; coordinate with vendors/contractors to ensure complete, compliant documentation. Own and maintain COP tracking and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets/dashboards); streamline call structure and communications to improve visibility and throughput. Partner with Engineering, Permitting, and Construction to align on Tillman standards for Notice to Proceed (NTP), permit closeout, and overall documentation quality. Support and govern templates and job aids (e.g., BOM/SOW templates and guidance in Site Tracker) to improve consistency and reduce rework. Lead onboarding and training for new project coordinators and new vendors on key modules and processes (e.g., BOM/SOW, NTP, invoicing, change orders, true-up). Drive process improvement by collaborating with internal stakeholders to simplify checklists, remove non-value-added steps, and document standard operating procedures. Support reconciliation processes (e.g., change order/true-up) in partnership with project managers; ensure accurate records and timely issue resolution. Identify delivery risks, quality issues, and savings opportunities within the OSP coordination workflow; escalate and recommend corrective actions. Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing and selection support for new project coordinators. Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). 3+ years of project coordination experience, preferably supporting construction, telecom, fiber, or OSP programs. 1+ years of informal or formal leadership experience (e.g., lead coordinator, trainer, SME, or supervisor). Working knowledge of project documentation and controls (BOM/SOW, NTP, invoices, change orders, true-up/reconciliation, closeout packages). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to build/maintain trackers and reports; comfort learning internal systems (e.g., Site Tracker). Strong written and verbal communication skills, including vendor and cross-functional coordination. Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) or other large-scale telecom construction programs. Demonstrated experience standardizing processes and developing training materials/job aids. Experience leading vendor trainings and managing vendor deliverable quality. Familiarity with permitting workflows and permit closeout requirements. Skills & CompetenciesPeople leadership: coaching, feedback, training, and change management. Work Environment This role is primarily office-based with frequent coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
