Position: Director of OperationsSalary: $100,000 annually75% of Travel RequiredPosition SummaryThe Director of Dedicated Operations provides the successful leadership candidate the opportunity to work in the operations space with one of the largest, most stable, and yet still growing companies in the logistics and transportation industry.Key responsibilities:Exceed dedicated customer's expectations by providing superior service, creative and efficient logistics solutions while continually developing and enhancing business relationships.Profitably growth with dedicated business through both CR England's existing customers and non-dedicated business, while also growing third party revenue generation.Budget preparation and P&L responsibilityPrepare and analyze monthly forecasts of account profit-and-loss statements, reconcile actual P&L with forecasted P&L and research P&L data to ensure accuracy.Financial oversight of all assigned operationsEfficiently manage all administrative functions and reporting requirements both internally for senior management and for external customers.Lead and develop our most valuable resource, its people, by providing a positive work environment through consistent communication, promoting accountability and recognizing superior results.Manage asset utilization to ensure maximum efficiency as driven by customer needs.Implement cost reduction measures, ensuring maximum profitability and cost minimizationEssential job requirements may include, but not limited to:10 years of logistics and/or transportation leadership experience7 plus years in directing operations of at least $75 million in revenue annuallyExperience with managing multiple client locationsExperience managing multiple direct reports2025
