Project Manager

Position OverviewHyperStrong International USA Corp is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery and execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects for HyperStrong Americas. Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end execution of BESS projects from project kickoff through commissioning and handover.Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Track project progress, risks, and issues; escalate concerns to the Senior Project Manager as needed.Support project documentation, reporting, and change management processes.Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Service teams to ensure alignment.Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination, including tracking deliverables and timelines.Coordinate site-related activities, including preparation for delivery, installation support, commissioning, and acceptance testing.Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.Prepare regular project status reports for internal stakeholders and management.Support customer communication on a daily basis. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.2–5 years of project management or project coordination experience; experience with BESS, renewable energy, power systems, or EPC projects is a strong plus.Basic understanding of energy storage systems, power electronics, or utility-scale energy projects preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as required.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of contract basics, change orders, and project controls.PMP certification is a plus but not required.Work LocationBased in the United States, work remotely from home.
