MXI Partners are searching for a Project Manager for a leading design/build contractor specializing in data center construction. Our client is leading various projects for hyperscalers and colo providers nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their teams and spearhead industry growth nationwide. What you'll do: Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned workstreams, from initial planning through to final documentation and handoverInterpret technical documentation to define scope, stakeholder requirements, and resource needs across all stagesEvaluate execution strategies and identify potential challenges to improve delivery efficiency and reduce riskEngage and coordinate external partners for services, materials, and equipment as requiredDevelop detailed cost assessments and compile proposals across a range of project complexitiesEstablish and manage timelines to ensure key milestones are achievedSupport processes related to scope adjustments and requirement changesContribute to the creation and refinement of operational and procedural documentationFacilitate coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain progress and alignmentProvide oversight and guidance to on-site personnel or delivery teamsEnsure adherence to quality standards throughout executionBuild and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholdersWhat you'll get: Competitive base salary and generous performance-based incentives (including a guaranteed bonus!)Flexible, hybrid working (up to 40% travel/on-site presence needed)Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including dental and visionFull coverage of flights and accommodationCompany credit card and per diem+ MORE!
