As a Field Service Technician , you will provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment across North America. This Field Service Technician role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work in diverse environments and solving complex technical challenges.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, relocate, calibrate, and repair industrial machinery and equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsUtilize CRM/CMMS systems to track service activity, manage work orders, and document repairsProvide exceptional customer service and technical support at client sitesTravel up to 75%, including occasional international assignmentsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma, GED, Associate's degree, or relevant technical certificationHands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical schematics and diagramsFamiliarity with machine controls/PLC systems, or willingness to learnStrong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skillsValid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain)Ability to pass a respirator fit test, physical exam, background check, and drug screeningComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipmentFlexibility to work weekends as needed (with additional compensation)This Field Technician position offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, travel to diverse locations, and grow your technical expertise within a supportive team environment.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
