Talent Coordinator Intern
About the RoleInsight Media is hiring a Talent Coordinator Intern (Remote) to work directly alongside our Talent Coordinators, the connective point between our creators, brand partners, and internal teams. This role focuses on supporting day to day roster operations, helping manage brand deal flow, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.This is a strong entry point into the influencer marketing industry, offering hands on experience and a clear understanding of how creator partnerships and brand campaigns come together behind the scenes.What You’ll Do• Support Talent Coordinators across day to day roster management for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and beauty creators • Track brand deals end to end, including logging inbounds, updating trackers, monitoring deliverables, and flagging timeline risks • Coordinate and maintain creator calendars including shoots, meetings, content due dates, and partner calls to keep all stakeholders aligned • Maintain and clean internal CRM and trackers, ensuring creator records, brand touchpoints, and contact lists are accurate and up to date • Draft clear and professional creator and brand communications including status updates, recap notes, agendas, and follow ups • Assist with contract and deliverable paperwork, including routing NDAs, collecting W9s, tracking signatures, and organizing executed documents • Pull light reporting on deal pipeline, campaign deliverables, and roster activity for internal team check ins • Partner cross functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment across campaignsWhat We’re Looking For• Rising junior, senior, or recent grad in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple creators, deals, and deadlines at once • Strong written communication skills, especially over email, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional messages • Strong organizational skills, as this is a core foundation of success in influencer marketing and talent coordination • Deep interest in the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape, with an understanding of social platforms and content trends • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and spreadsheet based trackers, and quick to learn new systems • Ability to work standard business hours (approximately 9am to 6pm) and stay responsive during that window • Bonus if you have prior internship experience in talent, PR, marketing, or agency environments, or familiarity with CRM toolsWhat You’ll Get• Paid hourly compensation and structured mentorship from Talent Coordinators and Talent Managers • Hands on exposure to real brand deals and influencer campaigns • A direct look into how influencer marketing and talent management operates from pitch through execution • The opportunity to build foundational skills in communication, organization, and campaign management within a highly competitive industry
