You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.   How you'll contributeAa a Registered Nurse who excels in this role:Performs duties as assigned and requested. Completes focused patient assessments and reassessments based on patient's condition, procedures, medications, and treatments. Adequately assesses and reassesses pain; utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Provides patient care and communicates effectively with patients of all ages and with specific needs. Demonstrates knowledge of medications and ensures correct administration following the six rights to minimize medication errors. Assists physicians with procedures and provides services requiring technical and manual skills. Performs treatments and delivers care within licensure scope. Ensures patient safety by performing all aspects of care in an environment that reduces the likelihood of errors. Operates and manages equipment safely and correctly. Educates patients and families on disease processes and recovery expectations. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.  Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
