Position: Premium Services CoordinatorDepartment: Premium ServicesReporting Relationship: Reports to Manager of Premium ServicesStatus: Full TimePosition SummaryResponsible for delivering exceptional service and operation support to premium clients, including suite owners and suite club members for Tepper Sports & entertainment. By providing first-class communication while serving as the point person for account maintenance, special events, and annual touchpoint programs. In addition, daily management of customer service including, but not limited to renewals, specialized service program and event management.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for Suite and Suite Club Members, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and service needs.Assist in the execution and tracking of Suite & Suite Club transactions, including processing paperwork and client communication.Coordinate the planning, production, and distribution of key premium client materials, including:Ticket invoices and deliveriesPremium gift programsMember events and touchpointsSupport strategic renewal efforts for Luxury Suite and Suite Club Members, including database updates, outbound communication, and follow-up.Help coordinate logistics and on-site execution of premium member events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.Collaborate with the stadium's concessionaire and internal operations teams to address suite and club-level service needs.Maintain up-to-date records of premium inventory, sales activity, and paymentsProvide operational support to the Premium team in meeting departmental goals, including retention and service standards.Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting game day responsibilities, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of ticket services experience, collegiate, or professional levelExperience with KORE and Archtics ticketing systemMust be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on motivating and innovatingPositive and mature attitude with strong leadership skillsMust be a team player, reliable, and dependableAbility to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountability, while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environmentMust maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive informationMust be able to multi-task while managing time successfullyStrength in teamwork, professionalism and time managementDetail OrientedMust, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brandWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
