We have an American College of Radiology accreditation in CT, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine and ultrasound. As a CT Technologist, you will be competent in all of the following: brain, total spine, facial, sinus, orbits, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, upper/lower extremities, sella, and biopsies.

Must hold and maintain National American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT (CT) Certification. CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT) AND. CTCT - Certified Technologist/Computed Tomography (LIC CT.

This can include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Specials, Nuclear Medicine, PACS, and Mammography to produce accurate Diagnostic examinations and possible Interventional procedure. Upon completion of procedures, the technologist programs the computer to assure completion of exam and all scan data is correctly stored on an optical disc for future reference.

This includes routine veterinary technician responsibilities such as specimen collection and analysis, medical record keeping and updating, as well as assisting the staff with treatments and other diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to hematology, cytology, radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, necropsies, and surgery.

Depending on certification and modality(ies) coordinating, may be assigned to a single modality or Multi-Modality Medical Imaging Coordinator role (Ultrasound Coordinator, MRI Coordinator, Mult Mod Med Img Coord, etc.

The Radiology Department performs 25,000 imaging exams annually using CT Philips ingenuity 64 slice CT scanner, MRI, ultrasound, and Hologic 3D for mammography. CT and general x-ray services are available 24/7, with ultrasound and MRI performed on weekdays with weekend ultrasound call coverage.

Perform diagnostic procedures such as computed axial tomography, magnetic resonance, interventional radiology, mammography, sonography, ultrasound, and/or nuclear medicine and PET. As our CT Tech at CHI Memorial, you will help capture usable diagnostic images from patients so the Radiologist can accurately diagnose and/or rule out different conditions.

Must be registered in CT within 1 year of hiring through ARRT or NMTCB.
