We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our multidisciplinary team.The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will provide essential health services and support to students with special needs, ensuring their well-being and safety during school hours. The LVN will work closely with educators and therapists to create a healthy and inclusive learning environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providersNG Tube/G:Tube maintenanceMonitor and manage chronic health conditions (i.e. seizures)Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.Conduct health assessments and screenings.Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students.Maintain accurate health records and documentation.Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support the health and educational goals of students.SkillsAbility to accurately measure and record vital signsKnowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures and techniquesFamiliarity with clinic operations and patient care protocols.
